This app is very helpful. It is easy to use.
Not perfect, wish I could adjust the warm up weights and can be a bit glitchy when trying to finish training (sometimes doesn't retain previous training day). But, way better than trying to keep track on paper.
Been using the app off and on for a few years. It always gets better. After getting used to paper logs, I tried the app again and appreciate it even more. The history plots are motivating.
Very easy to use.. and it has a lot of info on how to do the lifts and many other things
Worth the money. Easy to use. Keeps me on track with progression as per the program. It would be nice if other exercises could be subbed in for power cleans (for us of the older crowd). Cheers!
When deloading it erases all the warmup weights, there should be a way to manually change the workset weight since failing that and rolling back doesn't change the warmups already done in reality.
I'd give 5 stars but you can't change the weight units for each exercise individually. Seems small but he gym I'm at uses kg plates at the DL/clean area and lbs everywhere else. It'd be a dream come true if I could change just the DL units
